I liked the speedy delivery and the personalised greetings card inside the package. The taste is smooth but also has that little kick that I like. I take two dessert spoonfuls every morning on an empty stomach, which I find very refreshing and sets me up for the day. I also use it for drizzling on food. I do not cook with it so as to get all I can from the polyphenols with which it is enriched. Coming to the end of my first bottle, I am looking forward to ordering some more.
