We hope you love your Oliva Pure olive oil. If something is not right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used olive oil
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Perishable goods where return rights do not apply
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale, where permitted by law
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return. Once approved, you can place a new order for the product you would like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If your return is due to an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, we will help resolve the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you usually have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back.
To be eligible, returned items should be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
This cancellation right may not apply to certain goods, including perishable items or sealed goods that have been opened where health or hygiene reasons apply.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please make any changes before your next payment is processed.
Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment, but you may still request a return in line with this policy if the item is eligible.
