Thank you for choosing Oliva Pure. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your order.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including:

England
Scotland
Wales
Northern Ireland

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated UK delivery timeframes are:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, if available at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, postal delays, or bank holidays.


Shipping Costs

Orders under £40: £3.95 flat rate shipping
Orders £40 and over: Free UK Standard Shipping

Any available shipping options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.


Delivery Carrier

We currently use trusted UK delivery partners, including Royal Mail, to deliver your order safely.

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.


Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please first check your tracking link.

with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.


Incorrect Addresses or Returned Parcels

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Oliva Pure is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@olivapure.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged parcel and product so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
