Our Story

Where It All Begins
Our olive tree fields are located near the village of Chandrinos in the Peloponnese and have been in our family for generations. Comprising of 12 fields in total and covering about 50 acres, these fields are home to approximately 1,000 olive trees of the Koroneiki variety, with 90% of them planted by our grandfather.

From Past to Present
The history of our fields dates back to a time after Greece gained independence from the Ottoman rule. Our grandfather inherited this land from his mother, to whom it had been passed on by her father. Only a few olive trees were present at the time, and some of the fields were originally vineyards that later perished. It was our grandfather who planted the majority of these trees himself and grew the olive grove to what it is today.

The Way We Harvest
For decades, our family harvested the olives using traditional methods. They wielded long poles to gently shake the branches and spread nets to catch the fallen fruit. Today, our father leads this tradition. We honour this legacy by combining traditional and modern techniques, allowing us to harvest the olives more efficiently while ensuring that the same meticulous care and love for the trees remain.
