Subscriptions
When you purchase an Oliva Pure subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries of our Greek extra virgin olive oil at the frequency selected at checkout.
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically before each recurring order is processed. The subscription price, delivery frequency, and any savings will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails.
To avoid being charged for your next order, please make any changes before your next subscription payment is processed. Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment.

Subscription Payments
By starting a subscription, you authorise Oliva Pure to securely charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is changed or cancelled.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment details. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be completed.
Delivery
Subscription orders are shipped using our standard delivery process. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected.
For unopened items, you may request a return in line with our returns policy. Returned items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
Changes to Subscription Pricing or Availability
We may occasionally need to update subscription pricing, delivery options, or product availability. If this affects your subscription, we will notify you before applying any significant change.
